I was seeing our clients increase their leads and sales but what was becoming evident was that very few organisations had the correct processes in place to be able to deal with the increased demand. As an individual who was emotionally invested in our client’s success, this situation became increasingly frustrating and I felt that there was a rising need to learn more about business growth and success as a whole, I soon discovered that process improvement was a great area to investigate this interest further. 

Stepping away from the marketing world and into the process world opened my eyes to opportunities so many businesses could benefit from. By gaining an understanding of the big picture, I was able to see why so many businesses were struggling to take the steps needed for true and sustainable growth. I began to see how by connecting different areas within an organisation you can create natural flow and organic growth.

I loved being able to work with organisations to highlight and prepare for areas of risk and opportunity, to ‘scale-up’ output when demand increased as well as systemising processes so that businesses could expand without allowing standards to drop. I discovered that I had attained a whole new skillset that could really make a difference when combined with clever and creative marketing and so BRAYVE Marketing was born. An agency that connects the dots to so many aspects of your business to ensure that growth can be sustainable and strategic, no matter your current size.

Having worked with organisations of all sizes and industries, it was important to me to create a service that understands not only the common struggles and issues all businesses face but also a service that is flexible and customisable to the more specific areas each individual deals with.

Working from my home office, based in Warwickshire, I am lucky to work with clients all over the world and I pride myself on my flexibility to work with clients either in-person or virtually. I continually strive to provide businesses of all sizes with a more strategic way to communicate and market what they offer to their clients and customers.
